P.S. 76 Visits Rhode Island, Brown University

During their Spring Break, Harlem Lacrosse boy from PS 76 stayed at homestays provided by families from Moses Brown School. They were also "students for a day" at the prestigious Providence (RI) school where they attended classes, ate lunch, and even joined their new MB classmates to play The Gordon School

The boys also participated in discussions with the Brown University admissions office and practiced with the Brown team under the lights, where Coach Lars Tiffany and the Bears invited the kids to learn how to play at their breakneck, run-and-gun pace. The next day, the P.S. 76 boys and their Moses Brown friends were invited onto the field for the Brown-Dartmouth game.

A huge thanks to Lars Tiffany and the Brown Bears Lacrosse Team, Moses Brown Middle School Head Jared Schott, MB Athetic Director Jeff Maidment, and the rest of the Moses Brown Community for their hospitality and providing an incredible, Ivy League experience for the boys.
