Personal Pathing

Personal Pathing at Harlem Lacrosse refers to the individualized and holistic support that characterizes our program model. Our goal is to develop deep, meaningful relationships with students, and to work with students and families to chart a path that will help them reach their goals. We want to help students make a plan for how Harlem Lacrosse can best support them over the course of many years. The key elements of personal pathing include:

  • Initial program enrollment

  • Foundational academic, athletic and social-emotional skill building

  • Access and exposure to new academic, athletic and professional opportunities

  • Support for high school selection and admissions

  • Summer programming and teen employment

  • Lacrosse recruiting support including our national club team

  • College access programming (school selections, financial aid, admissions support, scholarships)

  • Career readiness programming and internship placement
