FDA Boys Return to Siena College

Another year, another great event at Siena College! 

On Sunday, October 11, student-participants from Frederick Douglass Academy again traveled to Loudonville, NY where they competed against and then shared lunch with local Albany club teams, discussed with the Siena admissions department about what it takes to do well in college, and heard from the Wounded Warrior Project about the importance of service and giving back to the community. At the end of the day, the entire Siena College Men's Lacrosse team and Coach John Svec visited and held an impromptu clinic! 

Huge thanks to Harlem Lacrosse Executive Board Member Chris Baldwin, Siena's Mary Beth Finnerty, Bill Andrews, Coach Svec and the entire Siena Men's Lacrosse Team for being such gracious hosts and helping provide the knowledge for our kids to attend college and pay it forward.
