  • We are looking for innovative under-graduates to join our 2025 Internship Program across multiple divisions. This role is part of our future leadership program where we are looking to build students with the skills and expertise fitting for a future leader within our business. The ideal intern will be a great communicator, innovative, and resilient. We are looking for future leaders who aren’t afraid to voice their opinion, think outside of the box, and are eager to learn and grow.

On Wednesday, May 22nd, we are excited to host an Intro to Schroders/ Summer Internship Overview session at 4:00 PM.

Harlem Lacrosse students will get to connect directly with leaders at Schroders to learn about upcoming Summer Internship opportunities.

The Summer Internship Program runs for 9 weeks from early June to early August. This program will provide you with a unique introduction into the asset management industry and our investment strategies. You’ll be given introductory training and opportunities to network with people across the business. During your internship, you’ll have the opportunity to work on research projects, shadow senior executives and learn from some of the best in the industry.
