2024 Harlem Lacrosse - Baltimore Topgolf Fundraiser

On February 22nd, Harlem Lacrosse Baltimore hosted our annual fundraiser at Topgolf, and this year's event featured several exciting new additions compared to previous years. Among these enhancements were a panel discussion, Individual Item Raffle, and Silent Auction, all of which added depth and engagement to the occasion.

The Panel Discussion, a highlight of the evening, was led by two remarkable current Harlem Lacrosse student-athletes, Antoine Robinson and Aaliyah Hardy, alongside their supportive parents and one of our esteemed Middle School Program Directors. Antoine and Aaliyah shared their invaluable perspectives as student-athletes within Harlem Lacrosse Baltimore, eloquently addressing questions such as, "Did you ever consider quitting?" and "What has changed the most about you since joining Harlem Lacrosse?" Their insights provided powerful glimpses into the transformative impact of our program.

We were fortunate to have Nadra Robinson and Shakira Hardy, the mothers of Antoine and Aaliyah respectively, join the discussion, offering heartfelt perspectives on their children's development, their relationships with coaches, and their aspirations for their children's experiences with Harlem Lacrosse. Additionally, our very own Coach Boyd, serving not only as a program director but also as a father within the program, shared his invaluable insights, further enriching the dialogue.

Following the enlightening panel discussion, attendees had the opportunity to mingle with our program directors while enjoying rounds of Topgolf. The evening continued with a thrilling Silent Auction featuring three exceptional golf trips and an itemized raffle offering prizes such as Signed Lacrosse Equipment, gift cards to Rhoback and Universal Lacrosse, and Mystery bags filled with Golf, Harlem Lacrosse, and college apparel. The event boasted a fantastic turnout, and we are eagerly anticipating the opportunity to build on this success as we forge ahead into 2025!
