Full Bio
RJ Kline is a member of the Investment team at Brandywine Realty Trust, where he provides analytical support and leads the execution of key transactional activities across the firm’s investment platform. In his role, RJ partners closely with cross‑functional teams to drive value, support strategic decision‑making, and advance Brandywine’s real estate investment objectives. Prior to joining Brandywine, RJ served on the Asset Management team at PREIT, where he supported day‑to‑day operations and leasing efforts across a diverse retail portfolio.
RJ holds a B.S. in Finance from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where he served as President of the Men’s Club Lacrosse team and led the program to an NCLL National Championship in 2017. He also earned an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Nova Southeastern University.
Active in the Philadelphia civic and real estate community, RJ serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Urban Land Institute of Philadelphia, sits on the Government Affairs Committee for NAIOP, and is a 2026 Buchholz Fellow with the Committee of Seventy.
Originally from Broomall, Pennsylvania, RJ currently resides in Philadelphia’s Fitler Square neighborhood with his fiancé. In his free time, he enjoys golfing with friends and family, exploring Philadelphia’s food scene, and attending college lacrosse games—whether cheering on his neighborhood team at the University of Pennsylvania or supporting his cousin at Messiah College.
