Harlem Lacrosse is excited to announce the addition of Ian Loring to our Executive Board!

Ian Loring is a Founder and Managing Partner at Crosspoint Capital Partners. Crosspoint is a private equity fund focused on the cybersecurity and infrastructure software sectors. Prior to Crosspoint Capital, Ian Loring worked for Bain Capital for 24 years where he co-led their Technology investment activity. During his time at Bain, he helped the firm grow from $250 million under management and 35 employees to over $105 billion under management and approximately 1,000 employees at the time of his departure. Mr. Loring also worked for Berkshire Partners and in the Corporate Finance Department of Drexel Burnham Lambert. He received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Trinity College. 

He is currently on the Board of Directors at Central Square Technologies. Previous Board roles include Vertafore, Inc., Rocket Software, Blue Coat Systems, BMC Software, Viewpoint Software, UGS Software as well as Warner Music Group, ProSiebensat.1.Media, NXP Technologies and The Weather Company. He also volunteers for a variety of non-profit organizations, including serving as the Chairman of the Board of Boston Amateur Basketball Club and board member of Harvard Business Publishing and President's Council at Mass General Hospital. Former non-profit board roles include serving as a member of Board of Trustees of The Fessenden School, Noble & Greenough School and Nantucket Cottage Hospital.
