Commodore John Rodgers Boys Visit Loyola University

This fall, the boys from Harlem Lacrosse - Baltimore got a wonderful introduction to Division I lacrosse when they spent a Saturday with the college lacrosse superpower Loyola Greyhounds men's lacrosse team team!

HLers got to hang out on the sideline while Loyola finished up their practice and even joined them in their huddle where Loyola coaches Charley Toomey Marc Van Arsdale addressed the group. Afterwards, Loyola players and coaches worked hand-in-hand with HLers on passing, catching, and ground balls. HL student-athletes also toured Ridley Athletic Complex and later shared some Chick-fil-A in the Loyola locker room. A perfect end to a great day!

A huge thank you to Coach Toomey, Coach Van Arsdale, the entire Loyola Lacrosse team, and Loyola students Kiefer Bachmann and Johnny Clayton for opening up their doors and introducing HL students to the world of Division I lacrosse. We're thrilled to bring a little Greyhound flavor back to East Baltimore!
