Harlem Lacrosse is a sports-based youth development organization that changes the lives of youth in under-resourced communities through academic coaching, lacrosse instruction and competition, social-emotional enrichment, and post-secondary pathing guidance.

Before joining Harlem Lacrosse, Mike co-founded City Lacrosse in Los Angeles with Doc O'Connor. Prior to founding City Lacrosse, Mike served as the CEO of Boston-based MetroLacrosse, where he worked from 2008 through 2014. Mike holds a B.A from Brown University and a M. Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Boston College's Lynch School of Education. During Mike's successful playing career he earned All-American honors twice while a student at Brown and won two Major League Lacrosse championships during his seven-year professional career.
