Harlem Lacrosse represents at the 2018 NYC Marathon

On November 4th, 11 amazing supporters represented Harlem Lacrosse across 26.2 miles through the 5 boroughs in the 49th Annual New York City Marathon.

The group hailed from different areas across the greater Harlem Lacrosse universe. 2 runners from Baltimore, 2 from Boston, 3 Advisory Board-NY Members, and 4 New Yorkers (including a former Program Director) trained and raised money over the past 7 months, culminating in over $41,000.00 raised for HL programs and student-athletes.

The geographic diversity in this year’s team is a testament to the recent growth and expansion at HL and something we hope to build on for future races.

Thanks again to Rachel, Matt, Scott, Mike, Tom, James, Michael, Kurt, Emily, Jill, and Audrey for putting foot to pavement for HL and being an incredible team these past 7 months!
