Two BCLL Girls Receive Scholarships to the Institute of Notre Dame

We are incredibly excited to announce that two Baltimore City Lacrosse and Leadership players from Commodore John Rodgers Elementary and Middle School, Jazmine and DiAsia, have received full scholarships to the Institute of Notre Dame for their high school education!

Jazmine is proud to be joining the Class of 2019 at The Institute of Notre Dame located in Baltimore, MD. Jazmine is a recipient of the Annie E. Casey scholarship for her hard work and commitment to her education. Jazmine is a passionate student with a strong interest in the sciences and she will be apart of the Engineering Program at IND. Jazmine is currently a member of the lacrosse, soccer, and basketball teams at Commodore John Rodgers Elementary/Middle School in addition to Student Government. Jazmine is a kind-hearted and enthusiastic person who is going to be a great addition to the IND Community. Congrats Jazmine!

DiAsia has chosen to attend the Institute of Notre Dame for high school as an Annie E. Casey scholar. DiAsia is a talent and bright young lady with an incredible work ethic. DiAsia will be apart of the Biomedical Sciences Program at IND to pursue her passion for medicine. DiAsia is apart of many extracurricular activities at Commodore John Rodgers Elementary/Middle School that she will hope to continue during her four years at IND including lacrosse, Student Government, CHARM magazine, Commodore News, National Academic League, and dance. DiAsia is an earnest and motivated student who is going to achieve great things as a member of the IND Class of 2019! Best wishes DiAsia!

Jazmine and DiAsia join a group of 26 students who have earned over $8.1 million in academic scholarship offers through our Admissions Counseling program since 2011. The program provides free test preparation, admissions essay counseling, interview workshops, and school visits throughout the admissions process.
